How many event porta potties do I need?
Plan 1 standard porta potty for every 50 guests at an event of up to 4 hours. Add 1 unit for every 150 guests if the event runs longer than 4 hours, and 1 more for every 150 guests if alcohol is served. Make at least 1 unit wheelchair-accessible at any public event.

Timing
When do event porta potties get delivered and picked up?
Event porta potties are delivered the business day before your event and picked up the business day after. Saturday and Sunday events get a Friday drop-off and a Monday pickup at no extra charge. Delivery happens during the day, and nobody has to be home if the spot is marked.

Do Oklahoma City events need a restroom permit?
Oklahoma City sets no fixed porta potty count for special events. The Oklahoma City Office of Special Events asks for a site map that shows where restrooms, trash and staging go. City park pavilion restrooms are winterized from October 30 to April 15, so park events in those months need their own units.

Can you deliver Saturday morning and pick up Saturday night?

Can we put units at several spots for a race or fair?
Units can be split across aid stations, gates and parking lots. Send a map with each drop point and the count for each.
Do you lock event units overnight?
A hasp and padlock can be added for units left in public parks or schoolyards overnight.
Do I need an ADA porta potty for my event?
Public events need at least 1 accessible unit per cluster, or 5% of units if more, under the 2010 ADA Standards §213.2. Private backyard parties have no requirement.
