Rental Terms and Cancellation Policy
The plain-English terms for every Curtis Rental Works rental. Last updated October 13, 2026.
Payment
The first event or first 28-day cycle is paid when you book, by credit or debit card. Approved business accounts may pay by invoice. Long-term rentals renew and are charged every 28 days until pickup. Sales tax is added as required. Tax-exempt customers must send an exemption certificate before delivery.
Rental period and renewal
Event rentals cover the dates on your quote. Weekend event units are delivered Friday and picked up Monday. Long-term rentals run in 28-day cycles with weekly service and continue until you request pickup. Cycles are not prorated.
Changes and cancellation
You may change or cancel an order at no charge up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or when a driver arrives and cannot place the unit because of locked gates, blocked access or unsafe ground, may be charged a trip fee.
Placement and access
You choose the spot. It must be flat, firm and within about 15 feet of where the truck can safely park. You confirm that you have the right to place a unit there and any needed permits. We are not responsible for damage to lawns, driveways, sprinklers or buried lines that were not marked or disclosed.
Damage, theft and misuse
You are responsible for the unit while it is on your site. Damage from vandalism, fire, vehicles, equipment, or moving the unit, plus loss by theft, may be charged at repair or replacement cost. Normal wear is our cost. Do not put trash, chemicals or hazardous material in a unit. Report a tipped or damaged unit right away.
Pickup and ending billing
Event units are picked up on the scheduled date. For long-term rentals, call or text (405) 288-7002 to request pickup. Billing stops on the pickup date. The unit must be reachable on pickup day.
Weather
Service and delivery may be delayed when roads are unsafe because of ice, flooding or severe storms. Missed visits are made up on the next safe day.
